Per Se is a New American and French restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Time Warner Center. The restaurant is owned by chef Thomas Keller and has been called the best restaurant in New York City by the New York Times. The head chef is Eli Kaimeh.

Jean Georges located on the lobby level of the Trump International Hotel and Tower has been named after its owner Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The current executive chef is Mark LaPico.
Masa
Masa is a Japanese and Sushi restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Time Warner Center. The restaurant was opened by Chef Masa Takayama in 2004 and is considered one of the most expensive restaurants in the world, as well as the most expensive restaurant in New York City.

Zerzura at Gansevoort Meatpacking
Located on the rooftop of Gansevoort Meatpacking NYC, Zerzura is named after the treasure-laden mythical oasis located deep within the Sahara desert. Weather
Fall
These are some of the most pleasant months in New York City. The air is crisp and clear, and the sun shines often. Pack light slacks and long sleeve tops. You will also want to pack a warm sweater or coat for the evenings which can dip below freezing.
Winter
During winter it can get very cold and windy. Snow and sleet can also make walking slippery and your clothes may get wet. Pack heavy, warm and waterproof clothing and shoes.
Spring
These months are often quite pleasant. Pack light slacks and long sleeve tops. You will also want to pack a warm sweater or coat for the evenings.
Summer
The summer months can bring stifling heat and humidity to the city. Even at night, temperatures may remain in the 90's. Pack shorts and short sleeve shirts, preferably cotton.
