Island Superior Room

Located on one of the resort’s lushly landscaped islands, surrounded by waterways, lies 32 spacious Island Superior Rooms (73m²/786ft²). Each of these sumptuous rooms features either one king-size or two queen-size beds and are available as inter-leading rooms offering a perfect space for families. An en suite bathroom is complete with an oversized bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanities. The room’s outdoor terrace or balcony overlook the marina waterways. For those wishing to enhance the resort holiday, these rooms are ideal as they surround the 350m²/3,767ft² heated infinity-edge pool, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under shaded pavilions and are also in close proximity of One&Only Spa island.

Marina Harbour Room

Located in the crescent shaped Marina Rise, 16 Marina harbor Rooms (63m²/678ft²) offer exceptional views from a large private balcony, of Cape Town’s working waterfront harbor. Available with either a king-size or two queen-size beds, all bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with egg-shaped bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanities that are divided by wood screens with an African detail that create a separate, but open feel throughout the space.

Marina Table Mountain Room

Located on the first three floors in the crescent shaped, seven-storey Marina Rise, 39 Marina Table Mountain Rooms (63m²/678ft²) offer exquisite views of Table Mountain from the large private balcony. With an option of either a king-size or two queen-size beds, these large rooms are also able to inter-lead, creating the perfect family-style room.

One Bedroom Island Suite

Four One Bedroom Island Suites (115m²/1,237ft²) are located on the resort’s secluded and lushly landscaped island surrounded by waterways and are available with one king-size bed. The large bedroom is complemented further by a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with an oversized bath complete with rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanity.

One-Bedroom Marina Grand Suite

Expansive and picturesque, seven One Bedroom Marina Grand Suites (155m²/1,668ft²) are located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise. The bedroom features one king-size bed and offers amazing views of Table Mountain. On either side of the walk-in closet lies a separate bathroom for ‘him’ and for ‘her’ each offering a rain shower, with ‘her’ bathroom completed with an oversized bath. Ivory travertine stone covers the bathroom floors and walls, complemented with silk screened frosted glass doors.

One Bedroom Marina Suite

Located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise, four One Bedroom Marina Suites (123m²/1,323ft²) offer uninhibited views of Table Mountain. The bedroom (with a private balcony) has a large king-size bed that is complemented by a ‘love-seat’ at the foot, a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a sumptuous oversized bath, rain shower, private water closet and dual marble vanity.

Premier Marina Table Mountain Room

Framing the spectacular Table Mountain, 23 Premier Marina Table Mountain Rooms (63m²/678ft²) are located on the fourth and fifth floors in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise, therefore offering uninhibited views of one of the New7Wonders of Nature. All bedrooms offer a king-size or two queensize beds, all complemented by a large private balcony with prime views. These rooms are able to inter-lead, creating a large family-style room.

Presidential Suite

Indulged with every conceivable luxury, the 383m²/4,122ft² Presidential Suite features two bedrooms complete with king-size beds and awe-inspiring views of Table Mountain. Warm, neutral fabric imparts a residential feeling and sumptuous pillows provide splashes of color throughout. The master bedroom includes his-and-hers bathrooms, each with a rain shower (one converting into a steam room), private water closet and marble vanities.

Table Mountain Suite

Dramatic African artwork accentuates the foyer, large entertainment area and dining room in the one bedroom 316m²/3,401ft² Table Mountain Suite, located in the crescent-shaped Marina Rise. The suite also features an executive office, 24-hour butler service, a personal gym and a magnificent terrace ensuring the perfect view, after which this suite takes its prided name. Guests are able to host private dinners or business meetings at the large, 12-seater dining room table as One&Only Cape Town’s chefs prepare gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Located on the second and third floors of the Marina Rise building, four Family Suites (218m²/2,346ft²) offer two bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds and the other a king-size bed. This suite has a luxurious and spacious ambiance. A large dining room and lounge separate the two bedrooms; the main bedroom boasting his-and-hers bathrooms, both with rain showers and ‘hers’ with a freestanding egg-shaped bath connected by a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and lounge offer private balconies facing the iconic Table Mountain.

Located on the resort’s exclusive, lushly landscaped island lies four 254m²/2,734ft² spacious Two Bedroom Island Suites. Each of these sumptuous suites features two bedrooms, with large walk-in closets, one with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds accentuated by warm African tones and earthy green shades.
