Deluxe Executive Suite

Located on the third floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, the Deluxe Executive Suite offers a captivating view of the Giardino del Borgo from the bedroom. With its modern feel and separate living room, this suite is convenient for both families and business travelers. One full marble bathroom that includes a large vanity, deep soaking European tub, separate glass-enclosed rain shower, bidet and private WC plus one guest bathroom. Suite size is 105 m² (1,130 sq.ft.).

Deluxe Room

These rooms, located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca or in La Villa, offer views of the neighboring streets or surrounding palazzos and gardens, and have a welcoming, residential ambience. The sitting area gives plenty of space for in-room dining. One king bed or two twin beds and one full marble bathroom. Room size is 43 m² (463 sq.ft.).

Duomo View Executive Suite

The modern and tranquil Duomo View Executive Suite is a bi-level suite with a bedroom, two full marble bathrooms, a separate living room on the main floor and another living room on the upper floor. One full marble bathroom includes a large vanity, deep soaking European tub, separate glass-enclosed rain shower, bidet and private WC. It features a breathtaking view of the Duomo, the rooftops of Florence and our private park. Suite size is 98 m² (1,055 sq.ft.).

Four Seasons Executive Suite

Located either in the Palazzo della Gherardesca or in La Villa, Four Seasons Executive Suites offer views over the park, Gino Capponi Street and the Florentine landscape. Each unique bedroom is separated from the living area. The living area has a large desk and sitting area with a plush sofa and armchairs. The full marble bathroom features a deep soaking European tub, spacious vanity and a free-standing bathtub in some rooms. suite size is 65 m² (700 sq.ft.).

Four Seasons Junior Suite

Designed to feel welcoming and comfortably residential, these gracious suites feature high ceilings and extremely charming views. A few of the suites also offer balconies. You will receive a welcoming feel with the high ceilings and unique spaces and the charming views of the park, gardens and neighboring residences. Experience luxury bathing with the deep soaking European tub, spacious vanity with marble throughout and a separate glass-enclose rain shower. Suite size is 60 m² (645 sq.ft.).

Four Seasons Room

These unique and exceptionally bright rooms enjoy a charming view over the Hotel and neighboring gardens. Four Seasons Rooms are larger than Premier Rooms and are perfect for guests looking for a combination of the best in view and comfort. The open layout offers a furnished living area, a fully stocked minibar and a writing desk in each room. Room size is 51 m² (548 sq.ft.).

Frescoed Executive Suite

The Frescoed Executive Suite offers magnificent views of the Giardino del Borgo. The frescoed vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and the breathtaking paneled and gold-decorated ceiling in the living room give this suite an authentic Renaissance feel. Revel in the authentic Renaissance feel and modern-day comfort. The bedroom and living area are offset by a solid wood door. The suite can be converted into two-bedroom suite. Suite size is 90 m² (969 sq.ft.).

Gallery Suite

The three unique Gallery Suites preserve features of the original architecture, such as paneled ceilings and frescoes in the bedroom. Located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca, the suites feature an open-space bedroom and living room and provide views over Borgo Pinti Street and Giardino del Borgo. This suite can be converted into a two- or three-bedroom suite. One full marble bathroom. Suite size is 60 m² (646 sq.ft.).

Garden Suite

Garden Suite opens onto a private portion of the park and is nestled in the trees, in the heart of the landscaped gardens. It offers an outdoor private plunge pool to indulge in the summer months. In former times, the building was the limonaia (greenhouse) belonging to La Villa. THe full marble bathroom features a large, floor-level sunken bathtub with views of the park plus one guest powder room. Sutie size is 83 m² (893 sq.ft.).

Parlour Suite

Parlour Suites are slightly larger than Junior Suites and most of them offer enchanting views of the park/internal courtyards. All the suites have one open, well-lit space. There is a cozy sitting or working area and separate wardrobe. One king bed and one full marble bathroom. Can be converted into a two-bedroom suite. Suite size is 55 m² (592 sq.ft.).

Premier Room

Each of these comfortable rooms overlook the Hotel park or neighborhood residences. Located throughout the Hotel, they combine the elegance of a Renaissance building with modern-day comfort. This comfortable and spacious room features a fully equipped sitting and working area. You can even an enjoy an in-room meal and a glass of wine or do business. One king bed or two twin beds and one full marble bathroom. Room size is 45 m² (495 sq.ft.).

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite De’ Medici is located on the third floor of the Palazzo building, offering a very bright ambience and pleasant views of the Hotel park. The Presidential Suite at La Villa is located in the La Villa building and presents original frescoes in the living room facing the Hotel park and a stunning original paneled ceiling in the bedroom. Both of these luxurious Florence Presidential Suites have opulent full bathrooms and powder rooms. Ideal for entertaining guests and family relaxation. There are large windows throughout the suite allowing lots of natural light and perfect views of the park. There are furnished sitting areas and a dining table that can seat eight.

Renaissance Suite

The three Renaissance Suites are exquisitely and distinctively decorated with authentic frescoes or paneled ceilings in both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a large living area in the bedroom and generous parlor with sofa. The luxurious bathroom features a deep European soaking tub, a spacious vanity, bidet and walk-in shower, with marble throughout. Located on the first floor of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, they offer a view over the Giardino del Borgo or the park. Suite size is 86 m² (925 sq.ft.).

Royal Suite

Located in the nobles’ quarters of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, every room boasts art on the vaulted ceilings, beautiful frescoes and stuccos, and an original Capodimonte Maioliche-style ceramic floor by Ignazio Chiaiese in the gallery. Enjoy breathtaking views of the park, multiple living areas include windowed gallery and an elegant dining room that serves eight. This sutie blends modern comforts with historic touches throughout. Suite size is 234 m² (2,518 sq.ft.).

Superior Room

Located throughout the Hotel, these rooms offer streetscapes of the charming Gino Capponi or Borgo Pinti, or views of the internal courtyard of the Palazzo. The rooms are designed to feel welcoming and comfortably residential. The luxury bathroom features a deep soaking European tub and a spacious vanity with marble throughout. Room size is 39 m² (420 sq.ft.).
