An immense game reserve, the Kruger National Park stretches approximately 360 km from north to south and comprises approximately 2 million hectares of wilderness. This world famous destination offers immaculate wildlife experiences, notably due to its size and number of bio-diverse regions under conservation. With over 140 mammal species, 500+ bird species and 336 tree species there are unlimited sightings and experiences to be had. The diversity and density of animals is almost unparalleled with the iconic species – elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah, rhino, wild dog, giraffe and hippo all calling Kruger National Park home.

Chobe National Park, also known as the land of the giants, is home to the largest population of elephants in the world.

Located in northern Botswana, excellent game viewing and birding is on offer with more than 75 mammal species and 450 bird species to be found. Game viewing can be enjoyed both on open game vehicles as well as by boat on the majestic Chobe River. It is Botswana’s first national park and the third largest by size, but remains the most biologically diverse. The first inhabitants of the Chobe area were the San Bushmen, whose rock paintings are still found in the park. The reserve encompasses three distinct wilderness regions namely the Savuti, Chobe Riverfront and the Okavango-like Linyanti Marshes.

Spectacular Waterfall

Described as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, this dramatic waterfall forms a border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It plummets approximately 108 meters over basalt cliffs into the ‘Boiling Pot’ and stretches almost 2 kilometres wide. However it is neither the highest nor widest waterfall in the world, but is considered to be the largest waterfall in the world based on a single sheet of cascading water. The indigenous people appropriately named it Mosi–oa-Tunya which translated means the Smoke that Thunders. Being incorporated into the Zambezi National Park, visiting the indigenous Rain Forest which benefits from the rising.

Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront where you will spend the first 3 nights.

Cape Town lies on a dramatic coastline of pristine white beaches and icy waters, overlooked by the iconic flat-topped Table Mountain. A City Tour is on the agenda for the first day where you will visit the most famous sights, from Camps Bay, to Clifton Beach, and Table Mountain. Your second day is spent exploring the wine farms in Stellenbosch. The beautiful Cape Winelands produce some of the world’s top wines.
